Backing up your data

Since 1995 I have used and tried just about EVERY antivirus there is available and have found Symantec to be the best.  Providing you install it correctly and use it regular, by this I mean update your virus definitions daily and run a full system scan weekly.  Scan every file that you are given and have a bit of common sense when suring the web.
