Look after your computer and your computer will look after you!

Is your computer running slow lately, sluggish, displaying error messages when on the Internet?  Have you had it checked over or serviced since you first purchased it?

All computers through time will slow down, they will get sick and need a bit of TLC to get them running again at their best performance.  Computers are a lot like ourselves, that's right like us!

Imagine going to work everyday, coping with all the tasks that we have to deal with in our lives daily, and never taking time out to look after our bodies.  Here are some pictures of a customer's machine that came in for repair recently, they were wondering why it was running slow and overheating, bit like ourselves sometimes, feeling sluggish and with a fever:

As you can see there was a lot of dust built up inside this computer, but the room where the computer was taken from was immaculate, very clean to look at.  Through time dust and fluff is drawn into the computer through the air vents that keep the computer cool and this causes a build up of dust inside.

The first picture above is of the processor (the brain of the computer) and the next two pictures are of the hard drive. 

In the photographs below you will see the fans completley chocked up with dust and a large ball of fluff sitting where the manufacturers label should be inside. 

Like a human or a car engine if either overheats then this will cause damage to both and performance will be affected. You can see the difference makes in having your computer professionaly looked after, go on treat your computer to a service and see how much faster and better your computer will run after!
